Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Process Warden ("the Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.
Process Warden is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your payment of applicable subscription or license fees, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these terms.
Your license is tied to a specific hardware activation limit based on the tier you purchased:
- Basic & Pro Subscriptions: Maximum of 3 concurrent active devices.
- Legacy (Lifetime) License: Maximum of 2 concurrent active devices.
You are solely responsible for managing your active devices via the Customer Portal. Sharing your License Key with unauthorized third parties or attempting to bypass the hardware limits is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of your license without a refund.
If you purchase the "Legacy (Lifetime)" tier, the term "Lifetime" refers exclusively to the active developmental lifecycle of the Process Warden application, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
A Lifetime license guarantees you access to the Application and all updates for as long as we continue to actively maintain, support, and distribute Process Warden. In the event that Process Warden is permanently discontinued or retired from service, this license will terminate.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Application.
- Modify, adapt, improve, or create derivative works from the Application.
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Application or your License Key.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice or copyright attached to the Application.
The Application requires periodic internet access to validate your license key. After a successful validation, the app grants a temporary offline lease allowing usage without an internet connection for up to 14 days. If the Application cannot validate your license after this period, access will be temporarily locked until a connection is established and the license is verified.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with all future hardware or operating system updates.
Billing, trial, subscription, and device-management support is handled through the Polar customer portal for Northmendo Tech Services. Product issues can also be reported through the current GitHub repository issue tracker.
