[BUG or new feature] .svg Images cannot be inserted into markdown files when using mdpdf

Something wrong when insert svg images into the pdf, cause svg images have no exactly height and width.

Any suggestion?

SVG images aren't supported, sorry. The underlying library has a workaround <https://pymupdf.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pixmap.html#imagefiles>, but that's not implemented here. I'd suggest creating a raster image from your svg, e.g. with https://cairosvg.org/
