TCD Protocol: Preset: Unison Voices

When loading a new preset, the envelopes are always reset.
This should only occur, if there is a change in the number of unison voices (between the old and the new preset/editbuffer), but currently it happens regardless of changes - which undermines and conflicts with a seamless preset mode.
