Custom Modulation Assistance

Hi,

So far you are one of the few that I have seen that has created a custom modulation. I was wondering how you did it? Was it via a RAW capture, then evilpete's subghz_decode_presets.py?(https://github.com/evilpete/flipper_toolbox/blob/main/subghz_decode_presets.py)

Reason I ask is because I am trying to capture TPMS on the flipper. It isn't even seen though because it is FSK (not 2FSK). I am exploring if this is feasible via custom modulation. I have captured some sample TPMS via an rtlsdr, and will be messing with it urh, but I appreciate any insights.

Hey, terribly sorry for the late response. I don't have any prior experience in TPMS but would love to learn with you! For this project, the CC1101 datasheet was used but the flipper_toolbox repository looks awesome and could totally be used! I found another awesome repo with custom presets here. In the meanwhile, could you share those samples here along with any information such as baud rate, encoding? I have winter break coming up and would love to learn more about TPMS! :)

Ah yes, I am very familiar with Evil Pete's tools and with Jimi (he is a funny guy).

A while after I posted this, I was able to create a custom modulation for Toyota TPMS, see link to my comment below, but that was mainly through trial and error and a lot of data sheets, plus Evil Pete's toolbox. I was very curious about your method for creating a custom modulation though.

I have tried to create one for Ford, but so far haven't succeeded. It seems Ford uses 3 different brands which are all kind of different which may be part of the problem. Haven't had much time to explore that further.
