Workspace config not applying to parent projects

I have a master config in my workspace root set to mark target folders as derived. While this works as expected for most of the projects in my workspace, the one parent project with a target folder does not have that folder marked as derived.

Unfortunately I'm no longer available to work on the project. If this is a folder that rarely change, you may flag it manually. Sorry for the inconvenience... Johan
