Uncaught Error: A "url" property or function must be specified

I created a new app with backbone. It has got collection, model and a view. When deleting a particular view, I destroyed the respective Model data and it worked fine. Whereas, while editing the view's data and saving to a model(esp after deleting a view and editing another view), an error occurs "Uncaught Error: A "url" property or function must be specified". Looking forward for help to resolve the issue.
