CSS: file index list overflow

This list should have overflow: hidden and text-overflow: ellipsis.
This column should probably be large ( or resizable ) in order to be able to display long file names
.

Suggestion: do we need to have arrows to open/close directories? They take up space. We could just use the folder icon to do that.
