Some feedback, I've done interviews with 3 different companies. I'm finding when initiating new job descriptions and building out the profiles and my fit against them, it is not updating the global profile data. For example, it did not know where I live, and it did not use my interview transcript to upload new insights/stories I provided there.
Perhaps there should be an interview or doc collection phase in the beginning to build out the profile thoroughly, then with each addition of new information, consider what is added to the global profile databank.
