List all pending jobs with spesific tag #258

Hi!
Im trying to create some autoscaling for runners, and i would be very useful to be able to list all pending jobs needing specific tag.
To i can se there is 4 jobs in different projects with tags: node18 and 2 with tags: powershell.
Without regards to projects or groups.
