bitmagic USB failure requiring power cycle

After multiple days powered up (and in the repeated ‘C’ state) the bitmagic logic analyzer was persistently malfunctioning on USB connect and needed to be disconnected from the UTHP PCB to be corrected.

update: usb device failure has occurred in less than 24h in the state noted above

after ~24h sitting idle / disconnected from the TCAT the bitmagic behaves normally on usb insert
