• On some units: booting from eMMC fails. If the serial console is inspected there is a long string of ‘C” emitted and nothing else.
• On some units: booting from SD card succeeds but only after printing a short string of ‘C’

on two units that are suffering the CCCCC bootloop: powering them from BBB USB first resolves the issue.

workaround is to document the power-up procedure of the TCAT as USB first
