BBB sometimes ignores SD card while in UTHP PCB #2
Description
While the BBB is installed in the PCB it will sometimes get into a persistent state where it will boot from eMMC even if an SD card is installed
this can be overridden by pressing S2: see #1
Solution unknown at this time but suggests power sequencing / bootstrapping issues
