[DataLogging] Integrate with domain model objects

Currently the data logger is directly hooked to the Telemetry Aggregate.
However, a seperate telemetry file must also be accessable through it's own Aggregate, possibly derived from the same interface as Telemetry, to allow universal telemetry readout between both live & recorded data.
