In Norwegian, and I guess in the other Nordic languages, there should be space between the number and the percent sign. How should this spaced be marked up?
<mn>100</mn><mspace width="0.25em"></mspace><mo>%</mo>
<mn>100</mn><mo rspace="0.25em">⁢</mo><mo>%</mo> Is this mathematically correct? To multiply the number by the percent sign?
