wiki transfer & transformation

it looks like while you transferred source code to Github, but forgot or found too time-consuming to transfer wiki. So I found it makes sense to do it myself. I have fetched wiki content via svn, and then converted them to .md format by Github with help of tools by Google. Unfortunately minor part of info (labels) is lost, while other bits (intra-wiki-links) were partly kept via using relative URLs and other (mostly links with anchors) were not implementable in .md . And then I bumped into Github limitation - it does not allow to make pull request for wiki.
