add a event type to detect mouse wheel

although this project hasnt been updated for 3 years, but i still wanna submit a issue for this, will it can detect mouse wheel so that i can make a visual console for debugging game?

can't you use mouse_wheel_up() / mouse_wheel_down() ?

it wont work when cursor is not in window
