I just got the following error when trying to apply your config:
error creating NodePool: googleapi: Error 400: Node pools of f1-micro machines are not supported due to insufficient memory.
It seems like GKE are really limiting the whole idea of your blog and this config 😂 I've just updated the f1-micro to g1-small in the same config and it seems to be working
