Description
Some updates are required to enhance code robustness, expand array sizes, correct MT naming for plotting and printing, prepare a WIMSD-5 formatted library and perform minor housekeeping tasks in the modules leapr, endf, util, main, plotr, viewr, acecm and wimsr.
leapr: prevent negative indexes, removed legacy issues
endf: rewind the input tape for reading the tape identification record
util: close the scratch tape if opened
main: update comment line
plotr and viewr: increase array sizes
acecm: enhance MT naming for printing and plotting (including incident charged particles), increase array sizes
wimsr: implement the WIMSD-5 format features
