Description
Required updates/corrections of gaspr (in the frame of the FENDL and IRDFF-II projects):
Inclusion of Li-8-> Be-> 2alphas decay. Li-8 undergoes beta-minus decay, transforming into Be-8 (nucleus, which quickly breaks into two alpha particles.
Incorrect calculation of a tab1 record length that was read using tab1io/moreio subroutines.
