Opera vendor prefixes break minifier #5

Not sure how active this project is, but I thought I'd try to stimulate discussion around the fact that the CSS minifier breaks when presented with Opera vendor prefixes. The solution seems straightforward enough in and around https://github.com/nitra/PhpMin/blob/master/CssMin/CssMin.php#L2989.
