Partial files shouldn't be merged before upload is complete & MD5 confirmed

Instead of merging partial files after each upload, all parts should be stored seperately and then hashed continuously (if possibly) to verify MD5 and total filesize before merging them to the finaly file.

This will also avoid the "unmerging" TODO after MD5 conflicts on finished uploads
