You are of course entitled by the project's license to properly fork my repo and publish under your own name. What you should not be doing is misleading users into thinking that somehow they are installing my stuff when they are using yours. Your own license file should also reflect that, I think.

Funny how you're using my own shared techniques in you CI script (see https://www.cazzulino.com/github-actions-rate-limiting.html) yet you didn't even take the time to report the (apparent) CLI build pause you were experiencing (which shouldn't have happened at all ever, unless there was a bug).

I would have very much appreciated a bug report on that instead ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
