Add a section to the ReadME for Storybook

Now that #72 is merged, it'd be good to add a section to the ReadME, on how to work with Storybook.

• Call the section of the ReadME, Working with Storybook (open to suggestions)
• Add the section right after the local development section.
• How to start it by running, npm run storybook
• How to build it by running, npm run build-storybook
• Link to the official Storybook documentation:
