Different model types and estimates of reporting rates

Hi,

Thanks to the recent Covid-19 hype, I discovered coarseDataTools and subsequently your 2012 paper in Biometrics. The paper is fascinating, especially the treatment of the typology of various reporting rates (Phi_tj and Psy_tj).

I went through the CFR vignettes (that of December 6, 2019), but I cannot find my way around two things:

1. Estimation of CFR under various model types (i.e., covariate independent, constant proportion, complete fatality reporting); and
2. Estimating the (time-varying) reporting rates for different model types.

Is there any way around these?
