Information on MiSeq i100 Series IDs?

Many thanks for this great effort, especially for compiling everything from known sources and for contacting Illumina support to get more info. You don't happen to have further info on the MiSeq i100 Series of instruments and their instrument and flowcell IDs?

I tried to compile such info for a fastp pull request, where the IDs are used to auto-detect Illumina machine models that suffer from polyG tails, namely the two-channel and one-channel imaging systems. And for most machine models, I could find both instrument and flowcell IDs / ID patterns, but nothing for the MiSeq i100 Series. And also, I guess one can never be sure that the infos are still up to date, as Illumina might introduce further IDs for existing systems...

Otherwise, do you still have your contacts at Illumina to contact? Or did you just contact a regular support eMail address?

Hi @dlaehnemann , thanks for the kind words! I have an email thread with Illumina asking about these flowcells, but they are pretty responsive to the regular support address. I'll push changes when I hear back!
