Meta updates do not merge incoming custom map with existing map #1
Description
When an Annotation, UIDMeta or TSMeta is submitted to the SQLCatalog search plugin, and the DB already contains that instance, the update overwrites the custom map rather than merging. Ordinarily, this would not occur, but if the SyncQueueProcessor is not running, the OpenTSDB store will not have the latest custom map which is present in the DB.
