updated sigularity-rstudio compatible with new version of R and Seurat

Currently, the provided sigularity-rstudio image/docker has the version of 1.2.5033, which is released five years ago. There is a sharp increase in the using of rstudio-server for large-scale single-cell data analysis. The old version lost its advantage in the output of plotted images, and there are also a lot of incompatible events in loading various R packages.
It is better to have a sigularity-rstudio server image built on the latest version of Rstudio and R.

I think at one time I explored updating this package but ran into some roadblocks and just stopped following up on it. I unfortunately don't really have the time to explore this again, but would be happy to accept any changes.
