Running the notebook #2

Hello Karthic,
It's been a couple of days I'm trying to run your notebook(visualize.ipynb)/and counting.py locally on my device, but I've been through multiple errors. so I wonder is the code runnable right now, and if it is, is it supposed to be run in the order of the blocks that you've written? And if it is runnable, could you please indicate the software config you were using(OS, Python version, NumPy version, etc.)

some of the errors are solved when I run the blocks in custom orders(because functions are defined in the later block of calling them). but any way when running the final block(the counting block) it throws an error of index out of bond. I've tried to debug it but I couldn't understand the procedure so it didn't help.

p.s: my current setup is as below:
I'm running the Jupiter notebook on VScode the kernel is a Conda based python 3.10.9(local), my OS is win 11, NumPy version is 1.22.4
