Addon doesn’t work with "Edit Field During Review (Cloze)” add-on

When attempting to review cards styled to work with the Edit Field During Review (Cloze) Add-on, the card will show "Invalid HTML on card: ReferenceError: EFDRC is not defined"

To provide more info, EFDRC variable is defined when a script is injected by the wrapped Reviewer.revHtml method. So the above error usually happens when another addon redefines (instead of wrapping) Reviewer.revHtml.
