allow variables in revision field

wpkg-express 1.0-r12 doesn't allow entering variables in the revision field. 
Using variables there would minimize the number of fields one has to edit when 
deploying a new package version. The attached patch changes the regex so that 
variables are allowed there as well. The error message is updated to reflect 
this change as well.
