Blank page with Apache Virtual Host

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Extract the package on /var/www/wpkg
2. Put wpkg.conf in /etc/httpd/conf.d/
3. Navigate to wpkg.example.com 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see a blank page. No error on /var/log/httpd/error.log. Access logged 
correctly in /var/log/httpd/access.log. Mod rewrite enabled in httpd.conf

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Centos 5.5 and latest wpkexpress

Please provide any additional information below.
