Missing CoArbitrary and Function instances

• All newtype wrappers from Data.Semigroup

There are also missing Arbitrary1 intstances for newtype wrappers and Solo.

But I will wait until those instances are added to QuickCheck proper.

See haskellari/qc-instances#108, I'd expect to remove all contents of touched modules, not just Arbitrary instances
