DOC: improve markers example 

Hi NICEr users (@fraimondo),
Since the optional optimizations (the conda CLANG and openmp step on https://github.com/nice-tools/nice) can be challenging to install, wouldn't be better to provide code examples using the default setting backend='python' for markers functions? (I already committed an update in the readme in that sense).
