Does RTSPClient reconnect to the server if the server comes down and up again?

RTSPClient do not reconnect automatically. It is still an example for the library.

To detect lost of connection you may check if you do not have receive any RTP packet for a certain time and/or if there is an error sending the keepalive.
you may have to recreate an RTSPClient object because I'm not sure it handle a stop and connect.
