Spells using weapon timer #101
Description
When casting spells (at least blood and ice barrage, didn't test others) the attack timer is just using my weapon's speed, instead of the 5 tick spell speed.
You can see in this video using the toxic staff is a 4 tick timer, ags is 6, and fists are also 4. They should all be 5.
