PATH Parameter OAS

Hey!
It is not clear how you get the value of path parameter from the OAS File.
OAS file does not provide   parameter values.
So I was wondering how you can send request to this endpoint "/org/{orgs}/repos"? 
If you don't have the value of orgs.
