imo splitting the overview for GitHub and GitLab is not the best course of action. The respectively other overview will be hidden behind another click and it's not obvious that this link goes to another overview.
Combination could work as:
- table, with GitHub and GitLab as columns
- Just a heading of the same level for GitHub and GitLab in the same document
This would also allow mirroring the repository contents of GitHub to/from GitLab and creating a single entry point to maintain both repositories.
Being able to see both lists together would be the main point though.
