Description of the bug
Hi,
I was recently trying to run the rnasplice pipeline with the parameter "diffsplice_method classical" and got the following error :
ERROR ~ Error executing process > 'NFCORE_RNASPLICE:RNASPLICE:SUPPA_SALMON:DIFFSPLICE_IOI (treatment-control)'
[...]
ERROR:__main__:Unknown error: (<class 'TypeError'>, TypeError("calculate_delta_psi() missing 1 required positional argument: 'nan_th'",), <traceback object at 0x7f83769dbe08>)
After investigating, it seems that this issue is caused by SUPPA v2.3, where the function calculate_delta_psi() is not passed the required nan_th argument when using the “classical” method.
Upgrading to SUPPA v2.4 may resolve this bug, as the issue appears to be fixed in that version.
Thank you in for looking into this,
Best regards,
Mathys
