At a quick glance, it looks like the AWS full test checks only that the pipeline succeeds, but doesn't do any assertions on the results.
Can we leverage nf-test for that, too? For pipeline validation for regulatory purposes, we should have a mechanism to ensure that results stay stable over time.
For now, we are only interested in the "bclconvert" use case, and in untrimmed fastq files.
