Tag files when AI generated content gets added

Whenever AI generated content is added to a whiteboard file we need to add the standard system tag to it:

nextcloud/server#58836 can be used for that.

To clarify: the system tag has to be added to the whiteboard file, not somehow tried to assign it to the content.
