RTL issue viewer while open sidebar

Describe the bug
viewer component does not support RTL languages, when you open the modal and open sidebar for details
viewer modal gone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open an image or video
2. Click on open in sidebar
3. modal gone. and sidebar will open
