Creating a new Document with a ott template results in "Neue Datei konnte nicht aus Vorlage erstellt werden"

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to your documents directory
   2.Click on New Document
   3.Select a global template (ours is created by LibreOffice as an .ott file and uploaded through the Admin Office settings "Global Templates" in NC
2. Press the Create Button

Expected behaviour

Collabora Document opens in editing mode with the selected template incorporated

Actual behaviour

On the top right the error "Neue Datei konnte nicht aus Vorlage erstellt werden" appears, nothing else happens

... however: In the background it created the document correctly but it means to refresh the Browser Page of the Documents file list and you will find your new document from where you can open and edit it normally.

This workaround however is a massive productivity killer and not how the process should look like

I think the ability to upload ott is the issue, i cannot see creating files from such templates being supported with office online server.
