The icon to copy the contact doesn't exist

I've installed and configured the LDAP Contacts Backend. Unfortunately, there is no icon to copy the contact to the address book. How could I solve that?

Are you actually seeing results from your LDAP showing up?

Use data from an existing connection.
LDAP contacts filter:
LDAP contacts base: OU=Company,DC=example,DC=com
LDAP search attributes (comma separated): objectclass=user
LDAP CardDAV mapping(example: TEL:mobile,telephoneNumber):

show users but without icon.
