`occ fulltextsearch:index` gets stuck on file names that contain emoji

Steps to reproduce

1. Run occ fulltextsearch:index
2. Wait for it to hit a filename containing emoji.

Expected behaviour

That it wouldn't get stuck on file names that contain emoji.

Actual behaviour

Gets stuck on file names containing emoji. This is a problem when a lot of Markdown editors for keeping notes tend to involve emojis in the file names so that navigating notes is more efficient to parse by symbol instead of a big list of words.

Which platform app are you using? fulltextsearch_elasticsearch or fulltextsearch_sql?

I just successfully indexed a file containing a ✔ using the fulltextsearch_sql platform app (which I develop). So I guess the bug isn't within this app (fulltextsearch) but rather in the platform app fulltextsearch_elasticsearch (that you are using, right?). But I might be wrong and it's just that I wasn't able to successfully repro using your instructions.

Also, can you run occ fulltextsearch:document:index bryandesrosiers files 992483? It might provide more output.
