Added and then removed Availability working hours, now Meeting Proposal shows me unavailable 24/7

Steps to reproduce

With previously no working hours set, I...

1. Added an entry of 6pm-10pm on Thursday for my working hour availability
2. Confirmed that was the only slow available when using a different user account to propose a meeting time
3. Removed the working hour slot so that every day of the week now said No working hours set again
4. Now I am shown as never available/always busy in Meeting Proposal.

Expected behavior

I would expect the system to reset me back to "null" / configured state, not I have zero availability. As a workaround, I could set 12am-12am availability for every day, but that seems bad.

Actual behavior

Before touching this I was shown as always available, now even though the Availability settings are the same with nothing set, I am shown as never available.

We actually had a conversation about this last week internally, we use the Free/Busy data from NC, its a logic vs perception conundrum.

Logically, if no available times are set the user is not available, but from a user perception point of view there is something not right.

This becomes even more problematic when you add participants that don't have a availability set, are they actually not available or are they.

Yeah, there is a consistency issue when availability has been untouched vs when it has been touched but nothing has been set (which is the case I had).

So "Availability" is part of NC core, and just consumed by Calendar? Hm, so perhaps an issue should be raised there. I wonder if a toggle would be acceptable?

I've just tried doing 12am - 11:59pm and it gets a little janky when rendering, so doing a fully filled out availability doesn't see to quite work.
