ArduinoSTL library not compatible with AVR boards v1.8.3

Problem report #33 is not fixed.
Adruino 1.8.19, ArduinoSTL 1.3.3. You have us switch to "Arduino AVR Boards" by Arduino 1.8.2
otherwise sketch does not compile
