ascom ability to report shutter altitude - enhancement

Just an official request for an enhancement/additional feature so that via script like vbs, its possible to poll the current position of the shutter (percentage), which i guess is defined as shutter altitude.

Not sure how to add a label here, but defined label should be enhancement

This enhancement could be used to implement the "Can set altitude" in Device Hub or in SGP. I think that having the ability to only partially open the shutter when imaging and track with the Telescope would be a very useful feature, specifically to help with wind, light pollution, temperature control and bugs.
