compiler bootstrapped how?

can't figure it out. looked in the adjacent newspeak repo as well... there too, not clear how WebCompiler.vfuel is generated.

Last I looked at NS (decade ago), it used to be bootstrapped from squeak. This is a very nice implementation to play with btw.

in my "toy" project I experiment with a structured SpecialArray (now a class with fields), and its #allocate:for:and: method can [self-] boot its sole instance (of class ObjectMemory) if data for a) OS-allocated size & b) oop for intended nil instance exists, together with regular arguments (expected size in slots unit & instaHdr & variaHdr); the bits in the *Hdr determine composition and cleanup of fixed fields and (maybe absent) varia part, plus: what GC needs; no class has to exist before booting executes that method; I plan for no other method for regular allocation.
