Identify BizX Documents that should be migrated into the main wiki

As we try to reduce duplicative documentation we want to identify BizX documentation that should be elevated to the entire OOI team. use this ticket to list the pages (links are fine) under one of the two categories:

Documentation that should apply to all of OOI Engineering (because we already do it):
