Add topic data

Per emailed requests, we should include the topic feature sets currently available at neurosynth.org/analyses/topics in the data dumps available here.

Hello Tal,
this sounds like what I am looking for to visualize some maps along with topics (e.g. simple clouds) rather than individual features. Perhaps that is already available? In my python I currently have only the dataset with the links between features-ids-coordinates to run my own analyses and visualize results - for the topics I'd go through the website and do stuff manually. Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Ah, sorry. This has been on the burner for far too long. I'll try to get to it soon. The main issue is figuring out how to efficiently manage the data... the topic files are rather large, and I worry that GitHub will complain. In the meantime, if you email me, I can send you just the latest version of one of the smaller sets (which should work fine for most analyses).
